Pokopedia covers 369 Pokémon: 308 from the base game, 52 added by the Bubbly Basin DLC, and 9 introduced through limited-time events. Every one has its own page with types, specialties, height and weight, and the full list of habitats that attract it.
You build the habitat it likes. A habitat is a placement pattern of specific items in specific quantities — some of which need to be powered or lit — and each Pokémon shows up in the habitats that match it at Common, Rare or Very Rare frequency. Several also require a particular time of day or weather. Pokopedia lists all 252 habitats with the exact elements each one needs.
Specialties are the jobs Pokémon take on once they move into your world. Grow makes plants grow faster, Chop processes small logs into lumber, Search helps you find buried items, and Build leads your building projects. There are 32 in total, and each specialty page lists every Pokémon that has it.
There are 34 recipes across five kinds of dish — salads, soups, breads, hamburger steaks and smoothies — and each kind powers up one of Ditto's moves: Leafage, Water Gun, Cut, Rock Smash and Surf. Every recipe lists its ingredients, its flavor, and the Pokémon specialty it relates to.
Twelve Pokémon cannot be attracted with an ordinary habitat and have their own method instead, from Dream Islands dolls to story completion and specific setups. Pokopedia shows the exact method on each of their pages, under How to get.
